Incidental work is billed in half-hour increments, with a one hour minimum charge, and is invoiced on completion of the task. Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice.

We can also take responsibility for larger-scale projects in their entirety. We will provide you with a written letter of agreement detailing all of the services to be provided and an overall fee for that project. Depending on the scope of the project, we require a deposit of one third to one half of the project fee upon contract, with fees for the balance staged over the life of the project.

Longer-term retainers (six months to a year or longer) are available and are based on anticipated usage patterns. Invoices are issued monthly and are due and payable on receipt. The nature of the retainer is described in a written letter of understanding and the retainer may be terminated by either party giving 30 days written notice.
