for quality service and attention to detail
Juanita Hadwin is the founder of Adservio Creative
Services which she formed in 2003. She is a highly organized,
creative, intuitive individual with a passion for quality personal
service and attention to detail and who enjoys improvising creative
solutions to obstacles. This work ethic is reflected in the values she
holds for her virtual assistance company.
Previous to starting her business Juanita held a
range of positions in various levels of government service and private companies as well as with individuals, in
supervisory and executive / personal assistant capacities. She designed, created and produced collateral
marketing materials for two companies.
Past accomplishments include the design and management of an
administrative office system for a newly formed government department. She also sat as a member of a committee composed of representatives from
several levels of provincial government management, tasked to create a
definitive job description for all Office Managers within a new government
ministry.
Juanita has a certificate in graphic design, experience in film continuity and multi-media production and has been involved in local theatre, training volunteers and creating props. She has owned and operated a T-shirt screenprinting
business and has volunteered at a local museum with the curatorial
department and as a researcher.
A real passion is research! One of Juanita's research achievements was when, for a local museum’s restoration
project, she was able to hunt down original photographs of
their interurban
electric tram actually coming off the St. Louis Car Company
production line in 1912. The museum's conservator commented that it was
every conservator's dream come true!
A desire to balance her administrative
expertise with creative outlets led Juanita to form
Adservio Creative Services.
Her clients include an independent
multimedia producer, a videographer, an internationally renowned author of corporate brand stories, a "sage and storyteller", and a university.
Juanita's range of creative, administrative and management skills have been utilized on projects which

anticipate work flow and stay "one step ahead of the game", to logically
plan, organize and follow tasks through to completion, meet deadlines and
follow up on projects allows Juanita to offer clients a
wide range of expertise and experience.
